J.P. is a second generation Realtor following in his Dad's footsteps as a top producing agent. Growing up immersed in a hard working environment, his Mother Ivy was an entrepreneur and owned several businesses. His stepfather Jun worked at McDonnell Douglas aerospace and also helped with the family businesses. At a young age J.P. had the responsibility of working at his Mother's Jewelry store. He later pursued a storied career in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher, a cook (Certified Station Trainer, First Cook) and eventually server (Shift Leader) and bartender (Lead Bartender) where he created a massive following consistently being the top requested individual by returning guests building a loyal base of regular customers for each restaurant he worked at! You might recognize some of these establishments: Pastafazoo, Alice Fazoolis, Montana's and the Keg. All the while he was being exposed to Real Estate through his father; Mike Luz. He naturally followed in Mike's footsteps into the industry bringing his innate instinct to provide the highest level of service and personal care to his clients and carrying on his father's legacy. His fresh approach shook up and disrupted the industry many years ago, being one of the first to utilize video and drones in his field making a big splash! Over the years and many happy clients J.P. has proven to be a trusted name and has consistently helped many families over the years achieve their goals in real estate and all the while exceeding expectations.
